The secret to Jesse's success: You must be passionate about what you are doing in life. I wake up every day and feel I am making a difference to my team members, customers and clients. I never let anyone tell me I can’t do something. I am a can do person and have full belief in whatever I put my mind too. The key to being successful is to ‘never quit’ on what you are wanting to achieve. The greatest business people have failed many times but never quit and succeeded through that cycle. Always have a goal of what you want to achieve and you will achieve it! Always value your team members and utilise all the people in the business, they are the evidence of the success that has being created
What Jesse loves about working with Comunicom: Comunicom for me is like a second home. I love working alongside people who are working towards a common goal. We all have different views on what successful is, but we each play our part in creating it. I have never worked with an organisation where everyone is able to get the same opportunity. Jesse's Story: Before working with Comunicom I was a centre manager at a storage company. I was on a reasonable salary, but life was becoming mundane. I left and was in two minds about where my career was going, eventually I came in for an appointment with Andy, I saw the opportunity and wanted to try it out.
After seeing what I could do as a contractor and the attractiveness of building my own business I stuck with it. Within the year I was regularly high rolling with the sales and had learnt how to train and manage a team, so was promoted to management. I helped with the expansion into South Australia in 2009 and successfully promoted a manager there - Ross Taylor. In 2010, I trained Grant Fairley into Management in Melbourne, and launched Western Australia with Carl Jones who then got promoted to Assistant Management in 2011. In 2010 I was promoted to Senior Management. I am currently heavily involved managing campaigns within both the merchant service division representing NAB and within the Telcommunications division representing IF Telecom.
Goals for 2011:
Promote 2 more Managers and 1 Assistant Manager and further expand interstate.
